Hiyashi lamen
It’s really hot in Paris. I am myself addicted to one of the boys favorite occupation right now : watching the girls passing by at a café terrace.
Actually I think I’d rather watch them watch the girls…
Before that, I am going to Higuma rue St Anne. Each year, after june 21st, they release their summer dish : Hiyashi lamen, available only during 3 months.
It’s cold soba with undefined vinaigrette, tomatoes, pork slices, seaweed, mustard and cucumber…
